Usage Data: Logs of messages sent/received to provide analytics (Sent, Delivered, Failed).
CRM Data: Leads and contacts you manually save or auto-sync are stored in your private database silo.

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Storage: All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.
Payments: We do not store credit card details. All transactions are processed via secure Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI).
Retention: We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

3. Use of WhatsApp Data

SurgeConnect acts as a bridge between your browser and database.

We DO NOT sell your contact lists.
We DO NOT read your private personal messages. The system only processes messages for numbers you interact with via the tool.
You retain full ownership of your data.

4. Chrome Extension Permissions

Our Chrome Extension requires "Read/Write" permissions on WhatsApp Web to function (send messages, read replies for auto-response). This data is processed locally on your device and synced only to your private dashboard.
